Welcome to WiggleStick, a Creekmason Divination project!
You’ll find (and/or receive?) daily Tarot readings here in the form of cute lil’ eight line poems.
A "wiggle stick," the admittedly ridiculous alternative name of a "divining rod," is a tool of the mystic, magically twitching to help find water, essential to survival. A tool that typically helps an open minded person find a creek.
The Creekmasons, of course, treasure our creeks.
The banks of a creek are often a liminal space where new ideas seem to burble up unbidden. The dappled shade, the unseen animals’ noises, the reflections dancing off the water’s flow. They all seem to communicate something, provided you listen.
It’s a place of peace and chill and, often, insight.
In Creekmason lore, the creeks of the suburbs are the Realm of Pseudonature. A place to relax, kick back, enjoy company, and sometimes get a little weird.
So use the Tarot readings you read and receive here as a wiggle stick that propels you a little closer to good company; a little closer to a safe place for you to be yourself.
